Nesses casos, torna-se essencial diferenciar os promon\u00f3citos dos linf\u00f3citos an\u00f4malos da s\u00edndrome de S\u00e9zary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essa distin\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 importante, pois essas c\u00e9lulas possuem origens distintas e est\u00e3o associadas a contextos cl\u00ednicos diferentes. Assim, a correta identifica\u00e7\u00e3o morfol\u00f3gica contribui diretamente para a condu\u00e7\u00e3o diagn\u00f3stica e para a qualidade da an\u00e1lise hematol\u00f3gica no laborat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Promon\u00f3citos: Caracter\u00edsticas Morfol\u00f3gicas e Contexto Laboratorial<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Os promon\u00f3citos fazem parte da linhagem monoc\u00edtica e correspondem a um est\u00e1gio intermedi\u00e1rio entre o monoblasto e o mon\u00f3cito maduro. Dessa forma, podem ser encontrados no esfrega\u00e7o perif\u00e9rico em situa\u00e7\u00f5es patol\u00f3gicas, como nas leucemias mielomonoc\u00edticas agudas ou cr\u00f4nicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do ponto de vista morfol\u00f3gico, apresentam n\u00facleo irregular, frequentemente dobrado, al\u00e9m de cromatina frouxa e nucl\u00e9olos evidentes. Al\u00e9m disso, um aspecto importante para a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o citoplasma t\u00edpico da s\u00e9rie monoc\u00edtica. Ele possui colora\u00e7\u00e3o cinza-azulada, \u00e9 relativamente abundante e apresenta aspecto granular descrito como areia fina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicionalmente, pode haver presen\u00e7a de vac\u00faolos citoplasm\u00e1ticos. Al\u00e9m disso, o n\u00facleo possui aspecto cerebriforme, caracterizado por sulcos e dobras profundas, e cromatina irregular. Essa morfologia nuclear representa um achado caracter\u00edstico dessa condi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A rela\u00e7\u00e3o N\u00facleo\/Citoplasma geralmente \u00e9 moderada, citoplasma l\u00edmpido e sem granula\u00e7\u00f5es. Dessa forma, essa caracter\u00edstica contrasta de maneira evidente com o padr\u00e3o citoplasm\u00e1tico granular observado nos promon\u00f3citos. O promon\u00f3cito pertence \u00e0 linhagem mieloide, especificamente \u00e0 s\u00e9rie monoc\u00edtica. Em contrapartida, o linf\u00f3cito de S\u00e9zary pertence \u00e0 linhagem linf\u00f3ide T.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em segundo lugar, observa-se a morfologia nuclear. O promon\u00f3cito apresenta n\u00facleo irregular, com nucl\u00e9olos evidentes. Por outro lado, o linf\u00f3cito de S\u00e9zary exibe n\u00facleo cerebriforme, geralmente sem nucl\u00e9olos destacados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por fim, avalia-se o citoplasma. No promon\u00f3cito, \u00e9 abundante, cinza-azulado, com granula\u00e7\u00f5es finas e eventuais vac\u00faolos. J\u00e1 no linf\u00f3cito de S\u00e9zary, o citoplasma n\u00e3o \u00e9 t\u00e3o abundante e sem granula\u00e7\u00f5es.
