Com di\u00e2metro variando entre 12 e 18 \u00b5m, eles apresentam caracter\u00edsticas morfol\u00f3gicas distintas, as quais permitem sua identifica\u00e7\u00e3o no hemograma.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Caracter\u00edsticas Morfol\u00f3gicas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quanto ao n\u00facleo, geralmente ele \u00e9 irregular, apresentando cromatina mais condensada do que nos monoblastos. Al\u00e9m disso, seu n\u00facleo \u00e9 convoluto, ou seja, dobrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ademais, em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao citoplasma, este \u00e9 menos basof\u00edlico que o dos monoblastos, frequentemente contendo gr\u00e2nulos azur\u00f3filos finos e vac\u00faolos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desse modo, quanto aos nucl\u00e9olos, eles s\u00e3o menos evidentes ou at\u00e9 ausentes, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os monoblastos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o no Hemograma<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O examinador deve contar os promon\u00f3citos como blastos no exame de sangue perif\u00e9rico.
