Ocorre principalmente na medula \u00f3ssea vermelha, a partir de c\u00e9lulas-tronco hematopo\u00e9ticas. Essas c\u00e9lulas passam por etapas de diferencia\u00e7\u00e3o e prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o, originando linhagens espec\u00edficas para fun\u00e7\u00f5es distintas no organismo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos mon\u00f3citos, denominada de monocitopoiese, segue uma sequ\u00eancia de matura\u00e7\u00e3o iniciando-se com os monoblastos, passando pelos promon\u00f3citos, at\u00e9 a forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos mon\u00f3citos maduros. Ap\u00f3s sua matura\u00e7\u00e3o, os mon\u00f3citos s\u00e3o liberados no sangue perif\u00e9rico e podem se diferenciar em macr\u00f3fagos ou c\u00e9lulas dendr\u00edticas nos tecidos. Esse processo \u00e9 essencial para a resposta imune inata e a fagocitose de pat\u00f3genos e detritos celulares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em condi\u00e7\u00f5es normais, os precursores monoc\u00edticos (monoblastos e promon\u00f3citos) n\u00e3o s\u00e3o observados no sangue perif\u00e9rico, sendo sua presen\u00e7a indicativa de doen\u00e7as hematol\u00f3gicas, como leucemias agudas monoc\u00edticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MONOBLASTOS:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O monoblasto \u00e9 o precursor mais imaturo da linhagem monocitoide identificado na monocitopoiese. Trata-se de uma c\u00e9lula de grande volume, com di\u00e2metro variando entre 12 e 20 \u00b5m, caracterizada por um citoplasma bas\u00f3filo, frequentemente sem gr\u00e2nulos vis\u00edveis, e com uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00facleo\/citoplasma elevada. Por vezes pode apresentar caracter\u00edsticas que indicam a linhagem dos mon\u00f3citos como alvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O n\u00facleo, que pode apresentar contornos irregulares, como sali\u00eancias ou dobras, possui cromatina frouxa e delicada. Al\u00e9m disso, s\u00e3o comuns a presen\u00e7a de nucl\u00e9olos evidentes, refletindo a alta atividade metab\u00f3lica da c\u00e9lula, necess\u00e1ria para sustentar sua prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o e progress\u00e3o maturacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No contexto hematol\u00f3gico, os monoblastos s\u00e3o observados predominantemente na medula \u00f3ssea, compondo a fase inicial da diferencia\u00e7\u00e3o monoc\u00edtica. Caracteriza-se por um citoplasma menos basof\u00edlico que os monoblastos, frequentemente contendo gr\u00e2nulos azur\u00f3filos finos (prim\u00e1rios) e vac\u00faolos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O n\u00facleo, geralmente irregular, pode exibir reentr\u00e2ncias ou dobras.
