A linhagem neutrof\u00edlica, originada na medula \u00f3ssea, segue uma s\u00e9rie de est\u00e1gios bem definidos que podem ser identificados atrav\u00e9s da observa\u00e7\u00e3o microsc\u00f3pica das caracter\u00edsticas morfol\u00f3gicas das c\u00e9lulas envolvidas. O conhecimento detalhado da morfologia de cada fase da neutropoese \u00e9 fundamental para o diagn\u00f3stico e monitoramento de dist\u00farbios hematol\u00f3gicos, como leucemias e neutropenias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os neutr\u00f3filos s\u00e3o granul\u00f3citos respons\u00e1veis pela primeira linha de defesa do organismo, englobando e destruindo pat\u00f3genos atrav\u00e9s da fagocitose e da libera\u00e7\u00e3o de enzimas citot\u00f3xicas. Produzidos na medula \u00f3ssea, os neutr\u00f3filos representam cerca de 60-70% dos leuc\u00f3citos circulantes no sangue perif\u00e9rico. A neutropoese segue uma sequ\u00eancia de est\u00e1gios, desde c\u00e9lulas precursoras imaturas at\u00e9 os neutr\u00f3filos maduros. O n\u00facleo ainda \u00e9 volumoso, mas com cromatina j\u00e1 bastante condensada e sem nucl\u00e9olos vis\u00edveis. \u00c9 a \u00faltima c\u00e9lula da linhagem originada de divis\u00e3o. A partir desta fase, ocorrem sucessivas matura\u00e7\u00f5es de n\u00facleo citoplasma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/atlasemhematologia.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image.png\" alt=\"neutropoese\" class=\"wp-image-11301\" style=\"width:717px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Nesta fase, a c\u00e9lula est\u00e1 quase madura e pronta para ser liberada na circula\u00e7\u00e3o sangu\u00ednea.
