Este processo complexo e altamente regulado \u00e9 essencial para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da homeostase sangu\u00ednea e para a resposta imune do organismo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como as c\u00e9lulas sangu\u00edneas maduras t\u00eam uma vida \u00fatil predominantemente curta, as c\u00e9lulas-tronco s\u00e3o indispens\u00e1veis ao longo da vida para reposi\u00e7\u00e3o, localizando-se na fase adulta&nbsp; na medula \u00f3ssea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fase inicial de produ\u00e7\u00e3o do sangue ocorre ainda no saco vitelino, onde \u00e9 chamada de hematopoiese &#8220;primitiva&#8221;. O principal objetivo dessa hematopoiese \u00e9 produzir gl\u00f3bulos vermelhos que ajudam na oxigena\u00e7\u00e3o dos tecidos. A caracter\u00edstica distintiva das c\u00e9lulas eritroides primitivas \u00e9 a express\u00e3o de globinas embrion\u00e1rias. Esse sistema hematopo\u00e9tico \u00e9 tempor\u00e1rio e rapidamente substitu\u00eddo pela hematopoiese do tipo adulto, conhecida como &#8220;definitiva&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As c\u00e9lulas pluripotentes da medula \u00f3ssea mant\u00eam a capacidade de auto-renova\u00e7\u00e3o e adquirem a capacidade de diferencia\u00e7\u00e3o, dando origem \u00e0s s\u00e9ries eritrobl\u00e1stica, granuloc\u00edtica, megacarioc\u00edtica e tamb\u00e9m aos linf\u00f3citos do sangue perif\u00e9rico.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O controle da hematopoese em todas as suas fases \u00e9 feito por a\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rios genes reguladores da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de fatores estimuladores e inibidores. As c\u00e9lulas-tronco tamb\u00e9m sofrem a a\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rias subst\u00e2ncias que controlam a capacidade de auto-renova\u00e7\u00e3o. Dentre essas est\u00e3o as interleucinas (IL) IL-1, IL-3, IL-6 e IL-11. A presen\u00e7a desses fatores na membrana celular \u00e9 transmitida ao n\u00facleo por meio de um sinal de transdu\u00e7\u00e3o, que, afinal, atinge alguns genes localizados no interior dessas c\u00e9lulas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Linhagem Mieloide<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A hematopoese mieloide \u00e9 regulada por uma complexa rede de fatores de crescimento, citocinas e receptores de superf\u00edcie. Essas c\u00e9lulas desempenham papeis cruciais na imunidade adaptativa e inata, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A hematopoese linfoide \u00e9 controlada por uma variedade de fatores, incluindo citocinas, interleucinas e receptores de c\u00e9lulas B e T.
